Project: Installation & Modification of Fire Extinguisher “Paint Shop System” and CO₂ Fire Extinguishing System

Location: Bangna KM 21 Manufacturing Facility

This project was carried out for Nissan Motor Thailand at the Bangna KM 21 manufacturing facility in Thailand. The project involved the installation and modification of the fire protection systems in the Paint Shop area to enhance operational safety and ensure compliance with applicable industrial fire safety standards.

The work included upgrading the existing fire extinguisher system and the CO₂ fire suppression system, including the replacement and installation of new equipment, modification of piping networks, and integration with the existing fire protection infrastructure.

The project scope also covered system calibration, functional testing, and performance verification to ensure that all system components operate effectively and meet the required safety and operational standards. The project was completed with full documentation and system verification to ensure reliability, safety compliance, and long-term operational performance.
